Return, Refund and Shipping Policy

Return Eligibility: Our silver jewelry can be returned within 5 days of delivery of package, provided it is in its original, unused condition and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and at the time of receipt of return shipment to warehouse. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refund amount might take upto 7 days to be credited in the customer account.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by mailing on nitrasilver@gmail.com or by whatspp message on +919562349162, to receive a return authorization number. Returns must be received by us within 15 days of the return authorization being issued.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and videos, which can be mailed to our support team at nitrasilver@gmail.com or whatspp message on +919562349162. We will either replace the item or issue a return, at our discretion.

Custom or Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damage is a manufacture defect.

Shipping: Shipping will take upto 3 days to process and another 5 to 7 days to be delivered. Return shipping will be initiated from our side provided the original packing in intact and available at the time of return pickup. It might take upto 3 days for the return to be picked up by our courier partner.

- Warranty: All Nitra products have 30 day manufacturer's warranty. Warranty only consist of replacement and not refund.
